Government of Pakistan School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) has issued the official Notification on 07th November, 2019 in connection with special focus on quality of activity based anti-dengue snaps of public & private schools through android phones.

Please refer to the Cabinet Committee Meeting held on 06.11.19 under the chairmanship of Health Minister Punjab in the committee room of Services & General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, Lahore, regarding subject matter.
It has been highlighted during the meeting that some focal persons / field officers are not uploading activities as per anti-dengue SOPs (already conveyed) time and again, due to which quality of activities badly affected.

Kindly direct all the focal persons / field officers for Dengue Surveillance to ensure special focus on “Quality of anti-dengue activities” before uploading on PITB dashboard so that real time information must be available on the dashboard of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
Please ensure the Implementation of above said directions in letter and spirit. In case of any laxity, concerned officer / focal person shall be held responsible and strict action will be taken accordingly.
