Directorate of Public Instruction (S.E) Punjab, Lahore has issued the official Notification letter on 24 September, 2019 in connection with submission of daily progress report regarding Anti-Dengue activities along with pictorial evidence and this may be treated as high top priority.
As you are well aware that weather is going to change. You are therefore requested to take necessary measures to ensure the cleanliness and combat with dengue menace by adopting the following SOPs:
Dengue SOP
i. Cleanliness (Premises, toilets, water tanks, roof tops etc).
ii. Display of Dengue related Banners, Posters & Charts.
iii. Grass Cutting from lawns and grounds.
iv. Removal of junks.
v. Removal of Stagnant Water.
vi. Plugging of water leakages.
vii. Identification of Dengue larvae and larviciding
viii. IRS with the approval of Health Department (If required].
ix. Paying particular attention towards out look of school situated on main road specially.
x. Provide a list of lnsaf schools with enrollment within two days.
You are therefore, request to direct the focal person to furnish report along with snap showing Anti-Dengue activities as per SOPs through Android Phone / e-mail at ddm.cmmf@gmail.com & genbranchdpise@gmail.com on daily basis.
