Computer Generated e-Transfer Order Not Required Signature
It has been observed that in joining and relieving process Heads, Dy.DEO, DEO and CEO are asking about signed copy of orders. It is to clarify that at the bottom of transfer orders it has clearly been mentioned that “This is a computer generated order and does not require signatures. Teachers can join based on this order”.
The system generated e-Transfer orders through SIS can be verified by the Heads, supervisory staff Dy.DEO, DEO and CEO through SIS portal and also through QR code. On the top of e-transfer orders QR code is always available and through this QR code verification of order can be made.
After verification of e-transfer orders through SIS portal relieving and joining reports may be signed for submission in District Accounts Office. Above mentioned directions may be implemented in true letter and spirit forthwith.
