Government of the Punjab, Communication & Works Department has issued the official Notification letter on 7th January, 2020 in connection with request for technical allowance notification to technical draftsmen (Drawing Establishment) working in Engineering Department.
I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of a letter No. AS(F&P)/CMO/18/OT-47/(65)/032786 dated 17-12-2019 received from Section Officer (Finance & Planning) Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab Lahore on the subject noted above.
I am further directed to request you to furnish your comments / views and concrete grounds with financial implications as detailed below to proceed further in the matter.
(i). Total number of posts of each category with scale
(ii). Financial implication of each category
(iii). Proposed amount of technical allowance
(iv). Solid justification/grounds for grant of technical allowance
