Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 2-8 years of Branch Management experience
Branch Operations Manager:
A Branch Operations manager’s role is to ensure optimal productivity and overall service standards, all branch activities need to be handled with the aim that the branch continues to remain compliant with the Regulators/Banks internal policies and procedures.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of experience in Branch Operations
Relationship Manager-Retail:
A Relationship Manager’s role includes facilitating the delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships, acquiring new customers to help in growing branch deposit and business.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Fresh/up to 2 years of Customer Service experience
Customer Services Officer:
A Bank Customer Service Representative’s role is to provide information regarding the bank’s products and services to its customers as well as communicate with clients and assist them with financial transactions, service and meeting set-ups, including other tasks in response to their needs.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of banking experience
