University of Punjab has issued the official notification on 4th May, 2021 in connection with offering 20% fee concession during online classes 2021. The further details are given below;

In the light of the decisions made in meeting of the University Deans Committee. Chaired by the Vice-Chancellor held on 03.05.2021. The following decisions were made:

- The online classes of students will be off from 6th May, 2021.
- Hostels will be vacated w.e.f. 5th May, 2021. However, International Students will stay in the hostels by observing the complete SOPs as prescribed by the NCOC.
- To observe the sharing of responsibility, the University of the Punjab has granted 20% fee concession to all students who were taking online classes.
- The 20% concession will be granted from overall fee challan (including all dues and charges).
- Further review/instructions will be carried out, as per later instructions of NCOC/HEC/HED.
