Directorate of Public Instruction (EE) Punjab has issued the official notification on 15th September 2021 in connection with updation of seniority list on SED HRMS portal. The seniority number of teachers should be update on HRMS (Sedhr Punjab) by the authorities of School Education Department. DPIEE has given instructions to CEOs regarding completion of teachers seniority lists on SEDHR HRMS Punjab within fixed time of 7 days.
Updation of Teachers Seniority No on HRMS SED Punjab
As you are well aware of School Education Department has taken a lot of initiatives to facilitate the teacher community to all school education staff.
The seniority lists of each category of teacher have been placed on portal for the promotion and other financial benefit. Each authority i.e. Dy.DEO, DEO and CEO are directed to HRMS Punjab login through SEDHR portal and open the seniority list module. On the left side of screen the option of seniority management is available, the same may be clicked to update the seniority list of teachers working under the jurisdiction in respective authorities. At present lists of all categories of teachers are placed in the system. The respective authorities are directed to enter the notified seniority No. of each teacher, so that it could be made available for all teachers.
All respective authorities have been provided seniority management tab already available in their login. Copies of screen shots (stepwise) are attached for your convenience.
After completion of above said process, the same will be opened in the filed for confirmation and verification by the teachers of their seniority numbers / data and this process may be completed within 7-days positively. The CEO will seek certificate regarding the subject from all concerned authorities and submit to this office within 7-days.
