Lahore High Court (LHC) Lahore has issued the order on 3rd December, 2019 in connection with upgradation of office superintendent notification 2021 Lahore High Court.

Upgradation of Superintendent Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub para (iv) of Government of the Punjab, Finance Department’s Notification No. Judl.I-X(Home)/89, dated 08-10-1995, the Honorable Chief Justice has been pleased to upgradation of the post of superintendent to the office of the District and Sessions Judges in the Punjab from BS-17 to BS-18 w.e.f. 20-5-2019.
The Honorable Chief Justice has further been pleased to re-designate the post of office superintendent of the District and Sessions Judges with the nomenclature as “Staff Officer” to the District and Sessions Judge while prescribing the uniform of the incumbents of said post as prescribed by the Lahore High Court, Lahore for the officers in BS-17 and above i.e. lounge suit with neck-tie, preferably in navy blue color.

The expenditure involved will be met out of the funds already allocated under the relevant Head of Account for the financial year 2019-20.
