Terms and Conditions of Employment
a. Duration of contract: 2 years.
b. Working Hours: 10 hours per day and duty on call.
c. Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
d. Local Transportation: Provided by the employer.
e. Medical: Provided by the employer.
f. Food: Provided by the employer.
g. Probation Period: 90 days.
h. Air Ticket: Provided by the employer.
i. Leave: After completion of every six months (Doctors).
j. Leave: After completion of one year (Male Nurses/Audiometry Technicians).
All other terms and conditions of the services shall be in accordance with the Omani labour laws.
