Punjab Govt, Services and General Admiistration Department has issued the official notification on 12th July, 2021 in connection with Vaccination of Government Employees in Punjab Final Deadline 2021. The further details are given below;
Covid-19 Vaccination of Government Employees
I am directed to inform that Chief Secretary Punjab being the Competent Authority has expressed his displeasure regarding slow pace of vaccination of Government employees during a meeting on “Compliance of COVID-19 SOPs and Vaccination Drive” dated 10 July 2021 at the Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore.
I am further directed to convey that the Competent Authority has desired all administrative heads/ secretaries of the departments to certify that all employees working under their administrative control induding employees of their attached and autonomous bodies/ institutions/ authorities/ companies have been vaccinated.
Likewise, the Divisional Commissioners are also required to certify that all employees working under their administrative control, including employees of districts of their division have been vaccinated.
It is therefore, requested that certificates as per attached format may kindly be sent to the undersigned by 12:00 PM) Friday 16 July for onward submission to the office of the Chief Secretary, Punjab. This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority and may please be treated on Top Priority.
