The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit, Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme has issued the official notification in connection with verification of B-Form though NADRA.
B-Form Verification From NADRA
In the public school of Punjab up till now 91.30% B-form numbers of enrolled students have been entered in School Information System (SIS).
It is to inform you that B-form numbers of students entered in the School Information System (SIS) will be verified through NADRA. In this regard, you are requested to ensure correct entry of the following indicators of B-form numbers of students in SIS:
- Student B-form number
- Student name
- Student date of birth
- Student Gender
- Father name and CNIC Number
- Guardian name and CNIC number.
Also, it has come into notice that more than 80,000 students are enrolled with the teacher CNIC to avoid any inconvenience make sure to verify and correct all indicators till 30-11-2021.
