Verification of Unverified Posts and Tagging of Teachers on Disposal

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued the official Notification letter on 17th December, 2019 in connection with verification of unverified (pending) posts of teaching staff and tagging of teachers on disposal.

As you are very well aware that Data Correction/updation and Post verification process been started from 16-12-2019 and will be completed on 21-12-2019. During this exercise, the CEO, DEA concerned shall also
verify all posts which exist in Punjab SIS App as unverified posts verification status of each district attached.

Moreover, teachers on disposal, shall be tagged during 23rd to 26th December, 2019 and no laxity shall be tolerated in case of failure.

Further, the cases which have been forwarded to Additional Secretary (School), School Education Department, for QR code generation and have not been issued the same, are to be tagged, as on disposal cases so they get proper posting orders/through proper process.

The Additional Secretary (School) will not generate QR code orders for the cases which have been adjusted manually by CEOs, DPI office or SED for that matter too. All such manual cases whose list you had sent for OR code generation, are to be tagged as on disposal by your office and they have to apply through SIS by giving maximum options.

This is final chance for such cases. In case of delinquencies, strict action will be taken against the delinquent.

You are therefore requested to follow the above-guidelines and  task be completed within the timelines as desired by the Competent Authority.
