Office of the Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan has issued the official Notification letter on 22nd January, 2020 in connection with visit of secretary, archives & libraries S&GAD.
Please refer to the subject noted above. It is submitted that Secretary archives & libraries, Punjab, is visiting district Rahim Yar Khan on 22-01-2020 for meeting of Price Control Committee on 23-01-2020 at 11:00 am in the committee Room of DC Office, RahimYarKhan and will also visit the Health & Education facilities in district Rahimyarkhan (Night stay at Circuit House, Rahimyarkhan).
It is requested that foolproof security may please be provided to the Secretary archives & libraries, Punjab during his visit within the jurisdiction of district RYKhan.
