Punjab Govt, School Education Department has issued the official notification on 8th July 2021 in connection with Zoom Meeting Regarding Operationalization of Playgrounds in Schools. The further details are given below;
Meeting For Playgrounds in Schools
It is intimated that a Zoom Meeting has been scheduled to be held TODAY I.e. 08-07-2021 (Thursday) at 03:00 PM under the chairmanship of Secretary, School Education Department, regarding operationalization of existing playgrounds in schools (Tehsil Level), information of which has recently been furnished by CEOs, DEAS (summary attached).
As per directions of Competent Authority, the CEO, DEA alongwith concerned heads of schools, shall attend the Zoom meeting in the office CEO, DEA concerned. The Zoom link in this regard, shall be shared at 02:30 PM and only one User Name/Password will be provided for participation of concerned CEO and heads of schools in the district.
You are requested to ensure participation in the said Zoom meeting alongwith all concerned heads of schools, as per schedule.
