Chief Executive Officer (CEO), District Education Authority, Lahore has issued the official notification on 2nd March, 2021 in connection with Chief Executive Officer Lahore Mr. Pervez Akhtar formed a three member high level committee District Education Officer Secondary Lahore Mr. Rana Zafar Shehzad has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee and order to the committee to fully investigate the incident and submit a report within 2 days.

In pursuance to the incident committed by Hafiz Muhammad Awais ! Lahore, the following committee is here of the matter to the incident occurred regarding suicide attempt Hammad Awais PST Govt. High School Said mitha Bazar, Lahore is hereby constituted to dig out the factual position:

- Mr. Shahzad Ahmed (BS-18), (Member)
Principal, Govt. Islamia High School, Khazana Galo, Lahore.
