A Chinese delegation including the Vice Premier will visit Pakistan on Today 30th July 2023. Due to the security reason, multiple routes in Islamabad will be closed that is why, all the Government and Private Departments also will be closed due to Public holidays. The Government of Pakistan has announced two more holidays in Islamabad from Monday 31st July 2023 to Tuesday, 1st August 2023.
The Director Administration, ICT Additional Commissioner (G) Rana Muhammad Waqas Anwar has issued the direction regarding Declaration of Local holidays in Islamabad on 31st July to 1st August 2023 during foreign delegation visit. All the Job persons working in Islamabad are going on holidays on the dates of delegation schedule.
The delegation of Chinese official are mainly visit to celebrate the 10th anniversary of CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor). Both the officials of Pakistan and Chinese will discuss the CPEC current situation and also sort out the problems facing of Covid-19, Floods which have badly affected the the CPEC progress.
