Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Rahim Yar Khan has issued the official Notification letter on 15 October, 2019 in connection with suspension of SST against PEEDA Act 2006.

WHEREAS, tho services of Ms. Faizan Nasim SST, Govt. Girls Elementary School Wahi Jumman Shah, Markaz Kolsamaba, Tehsil & District Rahim yar khan are hereby placed on suspension under section 6 of the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Disciplinary and Accountability Act (PEEDA) – 2006 on account of “Misconduct & inefficiency“.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Competent Authority under PEEDA Act-2006 initiated the proceedings jointly against the accused and other personnel involved in the incident under section 5 (1) (b) of the PEEDA Act-2006 on account of “Misconduct” and appointed the following inquiry committee:-
1. Mrs. Shahnaz Fatima, Principal GGHSS Kot Samaba, Rahim yar khan.
2. Mrs. Shafqat Tahira, Principal GGHSS Taranda Saway Khan, Rahim yar khan.

The above noted inquiry committee is hereby directed to conduct an inquiry into the matter and submit fact finding comprehensive report along-with recommendations within seven days positively. Moreover the accused teacher is hereby directed to perform her duties in the office of the District Education Officer (EEW) Rahim yar khan till the finalization of inquiry proceedings.
