PTA Mobile App For Consumer Complaints

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has launched the Mobile App for consumer complaints. Now telecom users have the option to lodge their complaints through mobile WELCOME TO application. PTA Complaint Management System (CMS) App now available PTA’s on Android (Google Play) and iOS COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT (Apple App store).


How To Lodge Consumer Complaint Through Mobile App


The user friendly mobile app has following features;

  • Complaint registration i.e. telecom services offered by service providers, mobile registration/DIRBS, stolen mobile handset blocking/unblocking, internet content related com plaint, etc.
  • Install PTA’s mobile app to see the complete list of issues that can be reported.

Also Check:

  • Complaint tracking.
  • Providing feedback on the complaint resolution.
  • History of complaints by a user.
  • Consumer awareness/ FAQs on different issues.

Users can also lodge a complaint with PTA through CMS web interface at:https://complaint.pta.gov.pk/RegisterComplaint.aspx OR by dialing PTA’s Consumer Support Centre number: 0800-55055 operating from 9 AM to 9 PM (7 days a week).
